Half-figure of a woman. 

Over the left shoulder:

ḥbl | ‘tšb’ | brt | zbyd’ | ’tt ‘g’ | br b‘ly

“Alas! ‘Atešoba, daughter of Zebida, wife of ‘Ogga, son of Ba‘lai.”

The ‘ain has a peculiar, inverted form. See 50 (b‘ly | br ‘gylw) and 5 above for the same family group‘tšb’ is rather unfrequent; in Greek, Αθησωβα (InvVIII, 64). Meaning uncertain.
